Digital Product Policy

Vehicle History Reports sold through CarVinCheck are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Once a Vehicle History Report has been generated, delivered, accessed, or made available for download, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally not eligible for a refund.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

The VIN provided is valid, but a report cannot be generated due to a system error.
Duplicate orders were placed accidentally for the same VIN.
You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
A technical issue on our platform prevented delivery of the purchased report.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

Incorrect VIN information submitted by the customer.
Change of mind after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with the contents, amount, or availability of historical vehicle data.
Reports that have already been generated and successfully delivered.
Delays caused by third-party data providers.
Customer misunderstanding of the product description or report limitations.

Processing Time
